I thought I would share the fishing log I use (my friend and I were discussing the use of a fishing log on our last trip). It is a simple excel spreadsheet that you can modify to meet your needs. If you have suggestions on how to improve it, let me know so I can update my personal log. After keeping a log for the last 10 years, I recommend that everyone at least keep some simple notes on each fishing trip. Hope this helps and if it doesn't, well, you are not out anything.[]

Paul, looks like an organized way to keep a log. I track the same information just in a narrative form in a Word document.
