I've caught my biggest browns this time of year on the Weber on streamers. My favorite is a size 8 pearl zonker but almost any streamer works well. Nymphs and scuds work well. I like larger prince nymphs but many sizes and types well work. Eggs patterns are a good choice and don't forget the smaller dry fly hatches. That's the beauty of the Webe , most days it's hard to go wrong this time of year.

when streamer fishing are you using a weighted tip or just really heavy fly?
I would use a scud or sow bug

The streamers I use are always weighted. Works best for my style of fishing but not sure what everone else does.

So do you just find slower moving water or what do you do?
I have only caught on fish on a streamer in the weber so i am trying to figure out how to do that style of fishing!
