I'm probably going to be taking my little kids fishing the berry this Saturday Afternoon and want them to have a good time (without much effort).

Anybody have any advice on the best things to use on Strawberry this Saturday afternoon (1pm and later)?

I have had pretty good luck vertical jigging and trolling tube jigs with Chub meat, but was wondering if anything else has been working for you guys.

Also, any particular areas of the lake that you've see good success at during the afternoon and evening hours?

If you want your kids to have fun catching fish, sounds like you would increase your odds if you stopped at Jordanelle, rather than Strawberry.

I'll be fishing from my boat. I've fished in Jordanelle a couple times and haven't yet caught anything from the boat. I usually catch a few every time I go to Strawberry.

What works at Jordanelle ??
