will the fish action be the same this saturday? i am trying to make it up that afternoon. i know tubedude has had good action up there. just wanting to know if it is going to be good.

I fished the Nelle on friday and monday. The fishing was much better on friday than it was on monday. I caught well over 50- rainbows on friday plus a bunch of perch. On monday the perch fishing was still really good but I only caught about 20 bows. Don't know what the difference was. Thats just fishing. Some days are better than others. Hope this helps.

At what depth did you find the perch?

The perch were in 20 to 30 feet of water.

I would expect a crowd. Roughin' it Outdoors marked jordanelle as the hotspot of the week, something to the effect of "There are some fat bows coming out of jordanelle, orange colors are working the best". Maybe they read TubeDude's post []. I was thinking about heading up there myself this Saturday fishing from the bank, but it looks like those plans might be scratched.

I am thinking about taking the boat out one more time before the snow flys. I probably have room for two others that are willing to share expences. I would hope to hit Rockcliff at daylight. If anyone is interested in joining me shoot me a pm.
