I finally broke down and done it. I've fished with my old donut tube long enough. I
drove down to Cabela's looking for a Super Fat Cat but they had none in stock. They
did have a Prowler and after staring long and hard I bought it. I could have ordered the
SFC but I decided I didn't want to wait. I bought my old donut at Bass Pro when I was
skinny and had hair but now I almost need a periscope to use it. ( middle age spread)

I'll take it to the lake tomorrow and start working on getting the pressure right and
getting used to using it. Then it'll be trick out time.

I'll try to get a picture posted after I get it dialed in and tricked out a little. I'm gonna try
to get it on the water this afternoon just to try and get used to it. I've fished in a donut
for a long time. Not sure how long it'll take me to get used to a new fangled V tube.

When I switched from a doughnut to a V tube (longer ago than I care to remember) it took about 12 seconds to get used to the greater control and comfort.

You're gonna love your new tube.

I sure hope so Brook, that big hole in front of me is gonna take some getting used to.
On the upside there's a ton of storage. I think my truck will fit in the tube better than
the tube will fit in the truck. [laugh]
now that would be a neat picture to see.. [sly]

I could replace the rear tires on the truck with paddles and scare the daylights out of
the bass boats. [laugh]

I wonder if I'd still have to wear a life vest? [:/]
if you can do that and get away with it Ill buy a tube like that and make the same modifications.. LOL>. ..
