My wife and I fished Cascade last Friday. Slow action sent us up to Horsethief, where the action was brisk. Larger fish than at Cascade. The guys at Tackle Toms are trying to figure out what happened to the rainbow. They wondered if there was a fish kill due to the ice being on for so long. F and G is supposedly studying this. Fished Arrowrock this A.M. also from the shore. Trout were tight to the shore, and as soon as I figured this out, was able to pick up a limit of nice rainbows. The bite slowed considerably about 11. Some were not catching fish. Location seemed to be important. Isn't it always! Mike
