[cool][#0000ff]I thought I would share something that TubeBabe and I refer to as our "dressing rooms".[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]Like most tubers we travel light and put on the appropriate apparel when we reach the fishing destination. This usually means a change of footwear, and often means having to dance around on rocks or trying to avoid snow or mud. [/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]We used to carry a couple of old beatup duffle bags to lay down on the ground to use as an insulating cover to help in changing the footwear or putting on other layers. Last year, while wandering through the nearby Army-Navy surplus store...a frequent pastime...I spotted some tough foam cot liners. They were about $10 each. I bought one and cut it in two...half for each myself and TubeBabe. [/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]We really like the cushioning and wetness repelling factors in the foam pieces. They really are tough and easy to wash clean after getting muddied. They are especially good over snow and ice...especially if you wanna keep your socks warm and dry before they go in the boots.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]They lay flat and do not take any room at all in the vehicle. Or, you can make a small tight roll with both of them in one roll and stick it wherever you have a hole in your packing job.[/#0000ff]
