The APX Rods cost a lot of money, I gave $230.00 for my 7'Heavy Casting Rod with a life time warranty. Last month the shaft broke about 5 inches from the tip, it just snapped while I was setting the hook. I tried to call the company and they said they were closed for 30 days and they do not reply to emails at all. I just want my rod replaced but from what I am hearing from other All Pro users it looks like they may be going under. Anyways I guess I can try a Carrott Stick now or maybe GLoomis. Didn't know if anyone out there knew what was going on with All Pro........
Welcome to the site. I can't say I know whats up with that company, but I mostly buy shimano rods from a local dealer so I can get a quick free replacement. It's obvios customer service isn't in they'er service manual. Good luck and keep us updated.

Hey Im sorry about the problems youve had with getting ahold of All Pro. My name is Benny Hippler, I am on their pro staff. They have currently gone under new ownership, which is why you havent been able to get ahold of them. They have been changing everything including their website, which should be up mid Februaury. Here is the email address for you to talk to someone about getting that rod fixed. Just let them know Benny Hippler from pro staff told you and they should get your rod fixed and have you back fishing. Sorry for the wait. Thanks, Benny

Hello tnfisherman,
I am totally surprised, I have heard nothing but great things about All Pro, and they are one of the last rod companies to keep the lifetime warranty.

From their Pro Staffers post it sounds like you will be alright in a bit, likely worth the wait, they make a great rod.
