How about that dude that got shot on I-15 last night? From what I read, the idiot was driving erratically because he was text messaging while driving. I'm sorta of the mind that the stupid SOB had it coming. The shooter was in no way in the right but I can relate to his frustration if that's really what happened. Now if they were both gang scum it's too bad the shooter didn't do a better job & also too bad the shootee didn't return fire with equal effect.

[#000000]I hear you guys, just the other day I was driving in the downtown SLC area and couldn't believe how many pedestrians were texting on them Ipods and Bluberries and whatnot not even glancing while crossing the intesections. Not to mention all of the superdrivers who get right up to your rear while texting and blabbing on the cell phones. But here is the questions though. Look at how many kids and teenagers have these things. I don't even know why their parents don't control this crap. Everything starts at home, just like Ben Franklin said. [/#000000]

[#000000]Something is gonna have to get done about this nonsense. I heard that in a few states they are trying to make texting/talking on the cell phones while driving a criminal act. I am all for that. It'll probably never happen though.[frown][/#000000]
