[:/] Black_Bear and I headed up to strawberry this morning. We got to the chicken creek east parking and unloaded and hit the ice. We fished in about 25 feet of water, and right off we saw fish on the view finder. black_bear had a couple bites, one we could see was just below the ice, it was a nice fish, but it got away. After about 8:30 all the fish were gone. Very slow. We tried everything we had, but no luck. It was a beautiful day though![cool]

Can you drive a 4-wheeler out from the parking lot or is the snow too deep?

I did notice that one four wheeler did have trouble but he was also not on the trail. I think if you stayed on the trail you would be fine. Travel on the lake should be great to. There was not much snow on, just a skif here and there. I am surprised that there is not more snow up there.
