i'm new to ice fishing any information, tips or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
where is the best place to ice fish strawberry w/ out taking a snowmobile? how deep ? what to use? etc.
i don't know how to jig lol what are some beginner techniques fast? slow? again anything will be appreciated. thanks

Your best bet is to get away from the crowds, it may take a little longer but worth it. The way the Berry is going right now I would suggest you go with someone who has been there before, from previous posts on the board try 20-30 ft deep, and get there early!!!!

Your best bet is to fish with someone who knows the ropes. I will be fishing it tomorrow morning and will be leaving SLC at 6:00 AM (leaving later than usual because we are taking some youngsters with us). If you want to follow us up (sorry, but the Suburban is already full) I will gladly let you tag along and I will help you out all that I can and if interested I will even let you use one of my fish finders.
