Hit the ice at 9:00, We fished the north side of the point in water between 30'- 50' caught 1 nice 10" perch on the first drop, thought that was a good sign boy were we wrong. WE only managed 1 small perch by 1:00 so we headed home. We dropped everything in our boxes but no takers, we had fish all over on our vexilar's but none that were hungry. I did talk to another BFT'er who had his aqua view and he said that there were tons of 3-6" perch all over. We'll have to give it another couple of weeks so that what ever they are feeding on is either grown or gone.

I was there yesterday (monday). I had a great day. Fished in 40 feet of water and used my usual ratfinky with a wax worm. I caught 26. My partner fished 8 feet away and caught 4. I think I was the only one on the ice catching fish. They were right on the bottom. The bite was light, but if you kept the pole in your hand and jigged, they would hit, but you had to work them. You only got a short chance to set the hook. We got onto the ice at 7:30 and by noon we had 24. We left to go deeper, but didn't find any so we came back to the same hole an hour later and landed 6 in the first 10 minutes. Had everybody coming over to see what the seceret was. Someone about 40 or 50 yards away landed a tiger muskie they said,. Other than that, the lake was pretty quiet. We fished the north side of the cemetery.

You were on fire. I noticed you icing a bunch first thing and was the first one to move in your direction. I moved around a lot with mixed success. Finished with 18 perch and 1 crappie. Most of my fish came on a gill pill tipped w/ perch parts.

After catching nada next to you guys, I moved north towards Browning Point. I managed to put a couple small ones on the deck the last 20 minutes I fished after changing to Ratfinkies tipped with eyes I got from a gentleman from SLC. I also missed about 4 or 5 other hits.[/#800000]

[#800000]My camera is an Advanced Anglers Panning model from Cabelas. This is the second one I've gotten since Christmas and it also does not work right. The first one had a defective CRT (no picture at all) and the wireless remote doesn't work on the current one. I'll be returning the current one for a refund this time.[/#800000]
