Welcome aboard. Try goggleing Utah wildlife resources. That should get you there. I also moved your other fishing post to the utah general fishing board.

Thanks,

You can look at the various [url "http://wildlife.utah.gov/guidebooks/"]guide books[/url] available from that website, it will give you all season dates, as well as when to apply for available hunt drawings. There will be different categories for big game, upland game (most small animals and birds), turkey, waterfowl, and a couple others. Upland hunting for several species is over, and for others will close in about 2 weeks, after that you are pretty much relegated to bunny blastin' or hunting on game farms till the end of march.

Everything you need is right there. Read up and please fully understand the regulations and rules before going afield.[cool]

If you have any questions, PLEASE ask before you do anything. Figuring out Utah's hunting rules is comparable to Rocket Science [Wink]
There is a lot out there to know and even the experienced still ask questions. The DWR updates and changes things every year too. Go to sportsmans Warehouse and get every proclamation they offer and read it everyday on your lunch break at work (If possible). It helps a lot, I know form experience. I have gone through each one about 100 times and every once in a while I still find stuff I didn't see before.
Good Luck and Good Hunting! [cool]
