Why can a person under 14 buy a Steelhead Permit , but they can't buy a two pole permit ? I love my two pole permit . Because I know if I went out with one it would be the unlucky one. You know what I mean . I don't know how many days I have fished with two poles only to catch all the fish on the same pole . So with out the permit the unlucky pole would be the one I was fishing with . All my kids are over 14 . But I have 21 Grandchildren and if I want to buy them permits why can't I ? Look at the money it would put in fish and games pocket . Thanks Curt G.

i take my cousins out now and then i cant imagine trying to keep up with double the poles, but its true a way for the f&g to make a extra buck.

I agree with Jigs sometimes it's pretty hard too keep up with two . But when it's slow it's nice to double your chances . Curt G

I just looked at the proc., and what I gathered is that they don't need one just like the fishing license.

They can only fish with one pole and don't have the option too buy a two pole permit . Isn't this age discrimination ? Curt G.

It seems like it, it's also strange because Idaho usually caters to the youth.
