Dont go to the main marina! Ice is very unsafe, me and a buddy walked out and across drilled one hole and ice was only 1 inch, very scary!!!! that was sunday may be better now?

Dude you're crazy. That area of the lake never has safe ice. In fact it's open water throughout most of the year, in my experience anyway.
