Fished some of the water between Rockport and Echo. I had more fun today than I think I have had in ages! Caught 3 whitefish that were triplets all about 18". The best part was I could see them under this bridge cruising back and forth in the river in the dark. They would flash just enough to get me excited wondering how big these fish really were. I did hook up a very nice brown he splashed around a bit on the surface and took a lot of line. I got a few good looks at him and he popped off( I guess the good news is that I got to keep my flies this time!) I would estimate he was 20-24". Caught 1 brown at like 12". Weather was coooooold and it was snowing all day but it was beautiful.
