Full Version: Sonar lures for white bass at utah lake

I lost my last purple sonar lure [Image: sad.gif] that was givin to me by a verry friendly gentlmen about 6 years ago ice fishin A.F. boat harbor. Thank you whoever you are. I can not find them any where i must be blind or dumb[Image: dumb.gif] ( I think the later of the two choices) where can I get one. they were the best for white bass i have ever tried.

I can't remember where I've seen them locally, but I get mine from Lurenet.com. Look under Heddon lures. They are some of my favorite ice lures. I've done really well with them at Yuba this year. I like to replace the trebles with a single hook and tip them with some kind of bait. I like to think the horizontal presentation makes a difference. I'm with you on the white bass, one of the best lures for them around.

Sportsmans in ogden has them as well as fishtech in slc

I talked to my friend here in Roosevelt who manages ace hardware sporting goods and he is going to order some to try to sell they will be in in about a couple of weeks he told me

One option might be to buy the equipment and build your own. Of course it helps to have your own production pot and lead, and a buddy with the mold. [laugh]
If that dont work for ya,, I seen they still had a few Sonar's at the Provo Sportsman a couple days ago
