[#ff0000]OK Gentlemen- start your engines! I'm driving to the State Capitol Thursday from Cache Valley to raise some "awareness" and have room for three more. The back seat is a bit small so first come first served. If this thing passes in any form it will only get uglier from here. Heaven Forbid... Here's what I sent to my Government Representatives (first round).[/#ff0000]

HB187 is quite unbelievable to me and I would like to know your position on HB187.

I agree some boundaries need to be set such as public access points and public access to the high water mark responding to the Supreme Courts unanimous recognition for easement to (all) public waters. Where did they come up with 14?

The right to access public waters by public citizens is severely compromised/denied by HB187. This is not right with me.

I fully recognize the concerns of Utah landowners; however, as a Utah citizen, HB187 is just as oppressive and offensive as an inebriated sportsman defiling their property.

I will appreciate your support.

Please send a letter to your reps telling them that you can't attend but stating your position on this matter. It is of grave importance to UT recreation.

By grave, I mean if we don't defeat this bill, we are dead.
