fished a club tourney today out of mud creek..... went down river to find that there were 25-30 boats lined up on the area we were headed... mostly watching the pro...(pretty sure it was a wal-mart boat, any ideas who it was). so we decided to start elsewhere..... <br /><br />the bite was slow for us.. we scraped up a limit of around 14lbs by 9:30..... then around 10:00 i struck paydirt.<br /> he almost ripped the rod out of my hand... im talkin hammered it... anyway, after what felt like two weeks of playing her i finally got her in the boat..... my personal best 10.33lbs<br /><br />so nervous it took me 10 minutes just to re-tie.<br /><br />caught fish on traps, in 3-8ft.... the big fish came a little deeper on a secondary point.
