My nephew regularly fishes the Boise below the diversion dam at Barber, on the west side of the bridge, and does quite well. I heard they recently planted it. If you have a boat, Lucky Peak is fishing well for large kokanee, in the 15-16 inch range. Welcome to the site. (Does BK refer to Bishop Kelly?) Mike

Boise River fishing:
I fished the south channel by the hatchery by Eagle Island State Park with no success. A little surface action but nothing that was too hungry.
No luck at Eagle Island State Park, either. Fished it for two hours with Belasko on March 1 and no bites. He had one chaser.
