I took a little drive Saturday down to Tilden, Springfield and Mctucker Ponds. I was taking pictures since the weather was a little windy to fish. Tilden is clear of ice and the water level is up a bit to around 2300 cfs. American Falls is still froze on the main part of the res, but on the north end it is open water for at least 1/2 mile. You can launch a boat from McTucker very easily since the water level in the res is at 88% and is backed up the river. McTucker ponds are still froze, but very soft around the edges. I did see a few people catching fish and the water is still clear. I have noticed on warmer days it does cloud up a bit. Springfield is clear of ice and clear water. Looks like it is time to get out and fish. For those who like bird watching, now would be a good time to get some nice pics. There are tons of birds around the area that will be leaving soon heading north.

Thanks for the pictures. I enjoyed them this morning. I am anxious to get out down and that way and stir up a few fish.
