I was driving my semi through provo canyon with no tractor brakes just jonnybarin it allmost all the way down I hapend to see lots of open water around Island anyone fished it yet.

Somebody is fishing it I have seen an aluminum boat out there more than not this week.

Just be careful..I got trapped out ther last year in my pontoon when the wind shifted and blew the ice into the island. Sorta like Jplacquay's story about Willard.

Ice should be coming off within a week,let mother nature do her thing.and then get out there and catch you some fish.
