I am really baffeled by the states regulations on fishing in this state , how do you guys keep up with these regulations ?

just remember to keep the book in your pocket! If your on the kennebec get help if you don't know! the regs on that river are crazy

Man our state is getting just as bad .

it gets better..........................they just did a complete re-write of the rules so they would be easier to understand! and they have actually come a long way,.but need to get way better!
