Are those Browns any good eating this time of year? I've tried frying up a few in the summer and fall and wasn't all that impressed. I don't like keeping any fish that I won't eat right away, but if they taste good this time of year maybe I'll go get me one for dinner.

...just kidding...the way I've been cooking my fish lately is to fillet them, spray olive oil pam on both sides and then season with a cajun seasoning (sold at sportsmans and wally world). Throw the fillets on a hot skillet for a few minutes each side and your done...fillets are nice and moist and taste great!!
