Well, what can I say other than we stunk it up today! Had a decent game plan and thought we were going to have a good day....negative. Decided not to run through the fog with ABA coming out of CFP, so we stayed close to HBSP and fished traps and jerks in 3-8 fow. Once the fog lifted, we made a run up river and targeted wind blown rocky banks and points with traps, blades and jerks with no luck at all. The few fish we found yesterday were nowhere to be found. Stayed on this pattern til about 10 and decided to run South. Ran towards the dam and fished a roadbed to no avail. Then decided to start pitchin&#39; jigs and finally Jonathan boated a slick. I followed with a 15&quot; keeper and thought we were finally getting onto something....however that was the last fish we would put in the boat. Spent the rest of the day fighting the wind and enjoying the day on the water. Came back to HBSP around 2:45 and tossed our lone keeper over the side of the boat. <br /><br />We had a GREAT turnout and some nice bags brought in given the tough conditions early on.
