last weekend silverwood was hot . largemouth bass were hitting on drop shot , in about 3.5 to 6 feet of water , on almost all shorelines (float tubes are ideal) . striper has slowed down on the backside of the lake but latenite fishing is the way to go for striper . some big catfish have been pulled out on night crawlers .

good luck .

Glad to see you on the boards! I saw Chuck yesterday and he was telling me you guys have been slayin'em at Silverwood! I heard there's a new Lake Striper Record!! Did you here what he got it on?

Hey, when you are on the home page of these boards if you scroll down a ways you'll see a California Board, there's a bunch of fisherman on that board that would appreciate the heads up on the Silverwood bite also. This board is mostly general fishing questions so when you put your fish reports in here some of the California guys may miss'em. I know the guys who watch that California board would definitely appreciate the inside scoop on Silverwood!

By the way let me know when your gone to be down here we'll have to see if we can't work into some fishing! Also check out the info on the Booyaa fishing tourney and Bikini contest (it's not the fisherman who will be wearing the bikini's -haha-) in the california message board, you and Chuck will definetlly have to make it down for that!!
