I hit the Weber this afternoon between Rockport and Echo and managed to catch three browns and had as many long releases. The biggest was around 16-17 inches. I was just throwing a brown trout rapala and most hits came in the slack water or deep pools. The river was in great condition and not muddy at all.

how was the flows where they high?

They didn't seem high to me at all. I was quite surprised considering the rain we've had.
