Hi. My initial plan is to launch out of Hite this coming Thursday and head down around Good Hope to camp. Now I'm starting to wonder about the mud line. Anyone know how far it is now, or where it's expected to be by the weekend? I'd prefer not to have to travel 20+ miles to find clear water. Any advice appreciated.

I just got back yesterday and we fished bass and crappie in the canyons between Crystal Springs and Cedar. Some of our group made it uplake to the bottom of Good Hope Bay, where the water was still green. I spoke with some bass anglers on Friday, and they stated the mudline was at the top of Good Hope, but it could have progressed by now.
