Here is what your politicians are up to.
Basically this "little" piece of legislation would make it illegal to own a firearm - any rifle with a clip or ANY pistol unless:

.It is registered
.You are fingerprinted
.You supply a current Driver's License
.You supply your Social Security #
.You will submit to a physical & mental evaluation at any time of their choosing
.Each update - change or ownership through private or public sale must be reported and costs $25
- Failure to do so you automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are subject up to a year in jail.

There is a child provision clause on page 16 section 305 stating a child-access provision. Guns must be locked and inaccessible to any child under 18.

The Government would have the right to come and inspect that you are storing your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is punishable for up to 5 yrs. in prison.

If you think this is a joke - go to the website and take your pick of many options to read this..

It is long and lengthy. But, more and more people are becoming aware of this.
Unfortunately this is not the only "Anti Gun" bill running around Congress.

I will never understand why any gun owner would vote for a Democrat. Especially when 90% of them including Obama, actually believe that HR 45 and other similar bills are a good thing.

Well if Repuglican vice presidents from Wyoming would quit shooting people in the face, maybe the Dumocrats would not want so much gun control.

If the Dumocrats get major gun contol passed, I'm blaming it on the Rupugnicans for messing up so bad the past 8 years that the Dumo's are in complete charge.

The current President is only Democrat by title. By action he is a Socialist. MT is taking the lead with the gun issues. Look up the Montana Firearms Freedom Act. Basically MT is telling the Federal Govt that they will no longer be ruled under their thumb when it comes to firearms. Lots of states should follow suit. MT already signed this and it will become law in Oct of this year. Very strong language in it. It's a great read and about time a State told the feds to stick it.
