Hal and I made it out this morning for some crappie fishing. We released all the crappie, catfish, and bass today. We caught 24 crappie, but most were undersized (9.5 inches), but several keepers, 2 spots, 1 channel cat and 1 yellow perch. We were fishing docks and saw the monsoon coming, and pulled into an empty boat slip and waited until the hard rain stopped which was about 40 minutes or so. Then we moved on to other docks and found fish. Had another little shower or two which were tolerable, then it quit raining and the last hour was nice. We caught our fish on 1/32 oz jigheads and panfish assassin, bg shads. I'm tired now and going to take a couple of days off before the MadBomber and I get after those spots down the river. Yes, we will be keeping them too, up to a limit. emoBig
