My wife and I got to Jordanelle about 8:00 in the morning. She had a nice 18" rainbow in about the first 10 minutes and that was it for the day. We left about 12:30. The first and last fish was on power bait but we tried rapalas, kastmasters, panther martins, jakes and could not buy a bite. It was a really nice day though, and fun to just get out. The wind came up about 10:00 and died off about and hour later. There was a few people fishing near us I didn't see them catch anything either. Talked to the kid at the store and he said the brown trout rapalas and gitz it jigs are suposed to be working well from shore. All in all it was nice to just get out and wet a line. We were fishing between the point and where you launch jet skis.
