Had an early day of work yesterday decided to head to Pineview to see if I couldn't get into those tasty bass.

Started at the Narrows chucked some plastics from the shore had a few bites but no hook ups. Went over to Cemetery Point ( FYI the ranger station is now staffed 10 bucks to drive in [crazy][crazy][crazy]) Threw every thing I had at them ended catching this SOB. Damm thing busted my reel stripped the hangle clean ....Had to stop at that gas station and buy a new one [mad][mad][mad]

I went up for crappie on Monday night, a couple hours before dark, and couldn't pull one out of the bay (near Trapper's Loop) or the bushes against the shore.

CONTRARY TO WHAT THE SIGN AT SPORTSMAN"S WAREHOUSE SAID....[mad]

Crap man! Three fish over 15 inches at Causey is an excellent day. You don't see too many good sized trout come out of there anymore.
Care to give out any info? What Bait? and what area you were fishing?
Thanks, and nice catch!

Sometimes that part of the lake is colder because of the cold snowmwlt water coming in . Fish the North side of the Res. It has less water coming in and gets lots of sunlight.
