Hey all! I am going to Lincoln Friday night to try out some night fishin for some cats with my sister and her 2 boys. I am pretty new to cat fishing, so was hoping anyone out there could give me some pointers on bait/rigging so I can have a better chance of getting the boys on some big fish. Thanks for the help!!

If you are fishing the east dike dont fish to far out most people fish it too deep. A worm or minnow on a bobber works great especially for kids.

I'll only add to haul along fresh carp and white bass meat if you can lay hands on it, maybe shrimp too .. A couple 3 feet under the bobbers should do the trick. Good luck
