I took Pat Ryan for a repeat trip for some bream. We had another beautiful 1/2 day of fishing. We caught 190 total fish, not counting the 8 fish that Pat caught from the dock while waiting for me to show up this AM. We had 17 bass, 1 white bass, 1 shellcracker, 4 bluegills, and the rest were longear sunfish. Pat kept 18 to eat and I kept 25 to eat and we released all the rest of the fish. We fished from 8:15 until 12:15 or just slightly past that. We were fishing 1/16 oz jigheads with panfish assassins in all colors again today. They seemed to prefer electric chicken and a red/chartreuse colors best, although we caught fish on every color.

Water temp was 67.4 degrees and 44,700 cfs, so we had a good flow of water. We mainly fished eddies along riprap banks. Pat may post a couple more pics. I had a great two days with you, Pat and looking forward to another trip someday soon. The honeysuckle were in bloom and the aroma from them was so pleasant and we watched a mink working up and down the bank. Probably feeding her kits.

emoBig
