I went out to otter creek yesterday with grandpa, the wife and kids, we got out on the water about nine thirty, the wind was blowing and the water was choppy, so we stayed in the cove by the dam for about an hour, caught one rainbow in there.

The wind died down and the water became alot calmer we headed over to eagle nest and spotted fish on the finder all over the place between 12' and 20' down, we caught seven more there and had twice as many lost there also, real soft lipped, the water is about 75%, full with alot more runoff water coming down, the water temp was 57 when we got there and 60 when we left.

Thanks for posting your report aceman, sounds like a fun day with the family. Was there any size to the fish you caught? Were you trolling or bait fishing? WH2

we were trolling all the fish we caught were around 2 lbs, the biggest was just under 4 lbs, they sure are picky down there, we would catch one or two on one lure, then no bites for a while so we would change lures and catch one or two and then nothing Gold was the best color it didn't matter what type of lure just the color of it
