] So, I am not sure when the chub spawn is supposed to be on at Strawberry, but I swung by last night and I couldn't keep them off my line!!!!! My friend managed to get one 21 inch Cut, but all the rest were chub. So if you need to refresh your bait supply, or if you need to catch fish with absolute ease, then head to the Berry! All fish were caught by dead sticking worms, pretty simple.
