dont know what the water temp is but i would go down lake the rivers are pretty cold right now, anvil is the place I would start. fish the main points then go to the long slow tapering points second fish tubes,green or smoke on a quarter oz head in ten to fifteen feet of water it thats a no go then get out the x raps and fish the same stuff with a long pause between jerks 10 seconds or more and watch the line they will crush a jerkbait on slack line everytime, hope that helps a little

Hey Leaky, maybe I will see you down there. I am going down as well this weekend. We will be mostly on the Green though. Last year, we had some down time and were staying at Mustang ridge, and I through into the reservoir right at the campspot, and caught about 10 smallies within 30 minutes. They were not very big though, but it was fun.

Fished the Gorge all weekend and could not get a smallie. The water temp varied from 55 to 58.
