I just wanted to say that I DID take my 6-year old grandson up to E Lake like I said I wanted to do after reading your last post. We fished in the same spot by the dam and I even took the minnow trap and caught a bunch of those for the freezer. Braxton had a ball and caught a bunch of tigers. He's hooked and wants his own pole. Thanks for the tip! It was a great day for both of us.

great glad to hear ya had a good time.. i have been taking my boy's up there for a while now. and i have fished the lake from the time it was made, it's close to home. and the fishing is fantastic most all the time. that is as long as ya use the right bait. [
