from ebay and i'm litlle bit worry abuot the lures condition because it flag as "refurbished item" in very low
price.

the seller mark that the lures :

This is a out of package factory refurbished item.
Refurbished item = Retail package damaged during shipment.
( the lure itself is perfectly fine ).

what do u think; can i fish with the lures like these?

I say go for it. I love me some LuckyCraft pointer minnows. I have one 65 ghost that is so beat up from tiger trout that it has all sorts of chips, dents, missing paint and still slays fish.
