Maybe the high winds yesterday have dropped today as drier and maybe somewhat calmer weather moves over the Great Basin. Maybe a few showers and maybe thundershowers are hugging the Idaho Boarder this afternoon, and maybe this area..and maybe along with the higher mountainous terrain maybe will see the typical summer-like development of afternoon thundershowers. There might be a strong jet stream and maybe a surge of moisture that might combine on Sunday although we are not certain. There might be widespread rain, thunderstorms, gusty winds and maybe frequent lightning. There are maybe isolated thunderstorms on Sunday that might have the potential to produce flash flooding and maybe deadly lightning. Maybe if you are making outside plans, you might need to be prepared for unsettled and potentially dangerous weather. Also, the higher mountain peaks above 9,500 feet might see a light accumulation of snow during the day on Sunday...and you know what that might mean for daytime temperatures (even in the valleys) yes, highs will be 10 to 15 degrees below normal for the first week of June. But you never know there might be a chance of warmer weather, but who knows?
