Has anyone here ever treated thier Fish Cat4s or Fat Cats with a UV protectant?
A pair of my aging 4s are all bleached out and I think could stand treating, or should I say retreating as I am sure it is in the fabric.
There are some availabe that are use to treat boat covers, tents, and clothing.
I wouldn't imagine it would hurt anything, but experiance is the best teacher. Illinoisgiller

303.....have used it for years. At least Twice a Month and my gear looks new. Even if I have slid it to the water.
I believe in it firmly!!! Part of the usual cleaning and maintenance.[Wink]

"303", is that the name of the product? That's an interesting idea. I've only had my current tube a few months, would be nice to keep it looking like it does now. I recently fished with somebody who owns the same tube (stored outdoors and older). Looked about 10 years old, although it was probably more like 1 1/2.

same stuff most white water rafters use as well as kayakers.

Most my boats are the smooth PVC covers, but my H3 is nylon. Going on 6 years old and looks brand new.
