We got to Jordanelle at 6:00 temp was 48 and water was 59 ...

There was a bass club getting ready to start there tournament so I got on the water and waited to see where most was going...

Four went north and the rest went south, I went north to see where they went (it looked like all four went to the same place) and all four was maybe three cast from each other along the shore....

We sat out from them about 100 yards so we could see them all, one boat got two off the bat.. We watched for about 20 min. then I headed over to where the far boater had started but went north of all the boats...

I heard later that the boat that got the first two bass took first...

We my grandson and I got on a few fish but it was slow, we boated around 30+ bass, out of what we got there was only 15 bass over 12" all the rest was small...[inline "Bigest of the day Jordanelle.jpg"]

No 30+ bass with most being under 12" is real slow...

But this year is not the norm for most lakes, Jordanelle has been mudder longer then year past with how low the water was and all the rain and cooler temps...

Right now the water is as clear as the lake ever gets in full run off at the north end.. And the lack of minnow from the few perch and chubs left in there, the next two to three weeks will tell how the lake has done in the low water we have had...
