Took Old_Coots suggestion of Willard on Wednesday, after a few PMs and phone calls I hooked up with Markeli from BFT, we started the day off at 07:00, Mark meet me at the south marina at 7:00, we headed for the light pole area and started trolling we got our first hit about 20 min of trolling, mark was the first to get a hit, he was holding his pole so he got a first hand experience how those baby’s smack the lure, and he was
s from ear to ear.

Then another wiper hit about 10 min on the left planer board (I let Mark bring this fighting beast in, again he loved the fight.

Just started moving the boat again when the right side planer hit, it was a nice walleye, FishNCoach landed this one.

From that time on it was hit after hit with wiper, we even managed to loose a few at the boat, (keep those wipers in the water, and away from the boat) It got caught under the boat on snapped the line, (If you catch him I want my lure back), the bite slowed down about 10:00 so we headed over to Freeway Bay tried there with no luck, then headed back to the Island area, and Mark landed one more nice wiper.

The bite totally shut down at 11:00
So we headed in and flayed 6 wiper and a walleye,
Mark will get the taste of a walleye for the first time and some nice wiper steaks.
We had an enjoyable time.
Total fish for the AM was 8, 6 in the boat, 2 lost with lures in them.

I think Mark is hooked on Willard wiper, what do you think?
We will hook up again Mark

FishNCoach continued on a full day on the Bay, from about 12:00-03:00PM it was shut down, lockjaw was on every thing.
I headed to the South-East area by the Light poll, then the action started at about 04:00PM Walleye was hitting I netted 3 total walleye in 30 min, then the wiper came on, 4 more before 07:00 PM\
And then I let another wiper get under the boat, snap gone,
Total of 4 Wiper, with my lure in its mouths swimming around Willard.
Between Wiper and walleye I landed 17.
