I would say you will limit on small kokanee easily. If you are picky and release all smaller fish you will release a million fish and keep a limit of 11 to 13 inch fish.
I fished it last Friday and caught a buch of small Kokes. Small spoons and micro squids were the best with wedding rings picking up the slack.

Supposed to be camping at elks flat? but was wondering about where to fish. I had heard lime creek was good. Will I be able to get to the kokes with my "toon"?

Before Elk Flats you will drive past the main boat launch at Curlew. Straight across the lake was the best spot I found. I'd paddle straight out from the ramp about 100 yards and start trolling.
You can also jig for kokes, but I'm not really good at that, so I'll defer to the experts.
