Well it happens to all one time or other if you plain to get up early and some how the pin for the alarm was not pulled or my dog just wanted to sleep a wile longer...
Any way called Jerry about 1 1/2 hours late and said I would be there soon... Picked him up at 4:45 and we was on the water by 5:45...
We got to the first spot and I broke off the first fish but Jerry got his to the boat...We boated only 4 or five bass at the first stop, then at the next two we blanked...
Things was slow with one bass here and there till 11:00 or so then like you turned on the light the bite was on... I had been using two rods for a wile with not much going on but then for the next 1 1/2 hours both of us had our own doubles at times...
It was funny trying to keep the bass from pulling one or the other rods in...
By the time we called it a day Jerry had 14.10 lb and I had 12.4 for our best 5 bass, a bad day that turned good ...
