Went out with a neighbor and his son for a quick trip. Hit the water about 8:30pm. Coming out of the marina, saw a boil to the right. I boated the first wiper out of that boil. First wiper I've ever caught. The boils were pretty spotty and quick. Got up to a pretty good sized boil that lasted about 1 minute. Pulled in two more wipers. Boils were done just after sunset. Not too bad, 30 minutes on the bay and we all had a fish. First wiper for two of us. Two were about 20". All three fish were caught on 3" Maniac Minnows. We were just east of the South Marina.

Nice report for such a short time on the water. The boils should just get better from here on out, hopefully they will last a little longer too. What color jig head were you using with the manic minnow? WH2
