Well As you can tell I am not goign to go and try for any monsters but I would like to go and catch some nice little brookies some where in my area or inthe round abouts. I live In the Rigby area so if anyone could point me in the right direction I think I will go. I am planning on going to Henerys Lake on Thursday but I would like to find some brookies that are in a creek as well. Any help on the lake and finding streams for brookies would be great. Dustin

Brookies can be found in Moody Cr. or if you feel like a drive out to birch creek they can be good out there.
As far as Henry's goes I haven't heard any recent reports. I would look in the deapest hybrid holes or in front of the creeks, targee creek, duck creek etc...

The fishing at henrys is starting to turn on fish where the creeks are dumping in I know some guys who have done really well the last two weekends with damsel nymphs

If you're looking for Brookies and don't care about the size, there is a bunch of the little guys at Buffalo River in Island Park. We camped there the other evening, and that was pretty much all that was there. There was a bunch up by the fisherman's access at the top of the campground.
I was just using a small caddis toward the evening, but they didn't seem picky.

I've also caught a fair number of brookies from Henry's lake outlet. just get out of site of the road and work any holes or undercut banks.

My wife and I were up at Henry's three weeks ago and we ran into five nice brookies on the outlet from the bank using night crawlers good luck!
