Ok, so was able to work on my wheels a little more sence
Im still on a "vacation" (three mounts now).[:/]
All it needs (I think) is some "custom" paint and better
anchoring ropes.
Check it out and tell me what you think please.

Looks like your design worked well. I like it.[

That is sweet, uh, Pete... I don't mind the ropes at all. When you say "custom paint" I'm seeing flames.
Green flames on black... >:-)

Green flames on black sure would be nice. My "custom"
paint is more like spray paint black.[

Very Nice! So much for that storage box in the back[laugh][laugh]
Funny, you guys designing these wheels for FLOAT TUBES. I have a 10' pontoon and carry the sucker![laugh]

[cool][#0000ff]Big deal. I can carry my float tube from my vehicle to the water too...on a launch ramp. But when I want to take it a long ways down a rocky trail...or a half mile to a launch spot...I prefer something with wheels.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Just HOW FAR can you carry your toon? [/#0000ff]

Pretty much pick lakes (like you) that there isn't 5 miles between me and the water.
I do however fish Little Dell, you have seen that right? and I have fished Trial and carried my boat from parking lot to water....over rocks.
In your pictures, Pat, I can see the wheel being ...not a bad thing, specially with your back.
When I had my SFC and still have my H3, I have never considered a wheel, that is all. And yes, I fish several of the Uinta lakes (been to shadow? Mile up the hill from Washington...big brookies)
Even Tibble, that is a nice hill to the water....no wheel.
These are great inventions, and I love seeing them.
I guess I am there for the excersize, concidering I do have a motor at times (trust me, I don't use it that often)
I would rather pack my boat to the water and kick/row instead of hitting a Gym, and LIFTING weights, and running on a tread mill[laugh]

When I started tubing I did not have too much stuff. So
it was ok to carry my tube 1/2 mile.
NOW with my rod holder, fish finder/battery, 2 bottles
of water, tackle up the a$$ ,heavy fins (FF)anchor with
rocks and much more its just too heavy to play hero.
My back is not the best as well so why push it.
Just my 2c.

Oh, instead of TREAD MILL...a trip with the boat and fly boxes, then a trip with battery and motor, with flippers over arm. One more trip to change and string up rods.
I don't have much faith in any wheel hauling boat, motor and battery anyway, although I am told, Scadden's wheel can do it.
Oh but smaller lakes where there is no motor, piece of cake, but two trips. Minus middle one...LOL
I like the work out!
Don't get me wrong, I can see the wheel.
I even return my shopping carts no matter how far to return them, that is just how I roll, and I am in FANTASTIC shape for an .......older gal[laugh][laugh]

Yes, I seen pictures of you and yes you are in great
shape[
] So just keep doing what you doing.
One day when you need wheels for your ride, TD and I
will make you some [
](no charge just because you cute)

Like that design, Peter! Nice work.
While on holiday, I was browsing thru Sportsman's warehouse and thought of you and TD when I came upon some training wheels used for kids bikes. My thought was that with a little tinkering, these things could be converted to float tube wheels. They have lightweight wheels and upright struts not too different than the struts of a golf cart.... Use a few bolts with PVC frame, and just maybe....
FWIW.

[#0000ff]Seriously, that might be a worthy idea. Have to check it out.[/#0000ff]
