Well its nice to see my 20 bucks go to work there in Idaho..
There putting them in all entrances too the state..

$20? Is that what you pay for out of state? I'm glad that something is actually happening. Us locals are not seeing any benny for paying our $10. 90% of the people around Boise only boat at LP, no wash stations only tax. I'm not defending the skiers and PWC guys but it don't seem right. If your only staying in local waters why should you pay? The cost of mussels is really only the power companies and the farmers - let them pay!!! If I pull my boat to another state I'm fine with paying for a clean. But to pay for nothing on a boat that stays local is crazy.
