Me and beetlespin struggled tonight but we did take last place in the money at third. You know it is a bad night when the ringers come in with nothing to weigh in. emoAngel Got to the wiegh in and half the field was gone. We started off with a bang as a 3.58 lber was the first one in the boat. It was on my line so I was happy to contribute after last weekend, our better ones were all on beetlespins line. emoTongue We caught several goobers and there for a while felt we might not get our three keepers. Then right at about dark we started seeing some schoolers and the bass had a little run there for us. We boated about seven keepers I think tonight with another 15 or so shorts. Mostly river fish from 12 to 26 feet. Fished a verity of baits again, worms, jigs, cranks and spinner baits. We ended the night with right at 8.50 lbs which was good enough for third. Second was only 8.55 lbs and 1st was I think 9.08 lbs. Just goes to show you how slow it was. I think big bass was only four and a half pounds. Water temp was 86 to 87 depending on what part of the lake you were on. emoRolleyes

Thanks for the ride there beetlespin, always nice to tag along in your air craft carrier. emoThumbsup Jmax
